Lindsey is an amazing nutritionist. The initial consultation was thorough, meticulous and most of all enjoyable. I felt like I was chatting to an old friend, it was safe but more importantly it was fun! Lindsey is an exceptionally good listener and really heard my concerns and had adaptations to suit them, she is realistic in her goals and completely holistic in her intent.

The plan was even better!! I couldn't believe how much work she had put into it, I even liked the style!

 

She's been generous throughout and has offered me extra tips. My sleep, productivity and energy have improved and the bad habits which had crept in have been replaced with healthier long term habits. None of it felt like a chore or punishment. She's ace.

I had my first consultation with Lindsey in Feburary 2020. I had gotten into some really unhealthy habits. Eating very little throughout the day and binging in the evening and living off lattes and sugar.  I was feeling very tired and grumpy and lack lustre. I wanted and needed to make a change.

 

I was quite embarrassed about my lifestyle rut and was reluctant to see a  nutritionist. But when I met Lindsey I felt comfortable telling her about i felt and I didn’t feel like I was being judged in any way. The consultation was very in-depth and i felt  Lindsey really listened. She did a plan that was suited to my busy lifestyle and foods I liked and would eat. 

 

I am happy to say that with all the advice and knowledge from Lindsey I have lost over 30lbs. But more than that I have gained back confidence and mentally I am in the best place I have been in for years.

I sought Lindsey’s help when I had put on weight quickly when being on a medication which slowed my metabolism and increased my appetite. Lindsey has been my saving grace when nothing else seemed to work. Lindsey’s approach is educational but first and foremost to make sure you enjoy the food you eat and see it as a way to feel satisfied rather than feeling deprived. I found Lindsey’s positive approach infectious  and helped drive my own approach to follow the plan she gave me with success which has led me to seek her assistance a second time. Lindsey is always full of great ideas for your shopping list and quick recipes that are yummy, satisfying and satiating. Eating well and loosing the weight has felt easier and more manageable because of Lindsey’s advice and supportive attitude. I recommend Lindsey to anyone who needs diet advice to help them achieve their goals.
